We’ll Pay Your Way to a New Career.

Career Pathway Programs in Michigan

Career Pathway Programs in Michigan at Brio Living Services are designed to help individuals boost their skills and advance their professional opportunities. Our Caregiver Career Pathway enables people to join our team and earn a paycheck while training and testing to become a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). Best of all – we pay 100% of any associated education fees upfront for qualifying candidates. It’s a great way to start a new career without having to extend yourself financially.

Candidates selected for this program will be placed in our Assisted Living or Skilled Care Center in a direct care role, upon successful completion of the CNA course. The minimum employment requirement, upon completion of the course, is one (1) year on the afternoon or night shift (based on current staffing needs).

The Caregiver Career Pathway is a competitive program with limited availability; to be considered, click here.
